The CS-25/G10 is a coating system for HVAC/R coil and heat exchangers, based on a special heat conductive coating, achieving a long lasting performance. The CS-25/G10 can be applied before a machine is assembled and installed or even years after installation. The heat exchanging surface of thermo-conductive coatings determines the cooling capacity and consequently energy consumption. CS-25/G10 coating systems meet the requirements of energy conservation systems, by preventing the deterioration of the heat exchanging surface.

CS-25/G10 coating systems provides functionality as a refractory, lubricant, thermal and electrical conductor, UV, electromagnetic pulse and corrosion shield. This coating is Hydrophobic carrying debris from surfaces, becomes almost self-cleaning. Do to the afore mentioned properties helps keep low airflow refrigeration coils from “ice-bridging” between the fin surfaces.

Once the coating cures it will act as a thermal material by not only effectively absorbing radiant energy, but by conducting it away from the “hot zone” through parallel substrate conduction. CS-25/G10 coatings can reduce “hot spots” and, therefore, increase the overall thermal stability of a coating in an environment where radiation heat transfer is an issue.

The CS-25/G10 coatings is flexible because the flake filler is curled, the layers are able to move relative to one another. As tensile and compressive forces develop during flexing, individual filler layers “adjust” their positions to relieve stress that builds between the layers.

The most common substrates for CS-25/G10 coatings are: ferrous nonferrous metal and plastic substrates.
